I saw the enemy discussing our Ukrainian Kashtan-3. It is often classified as a REB, although it has nothing to do with radio.
Kashtan-3 fights high-precision weapons with laser target illumination. Having seen the illumination, it decodes the signal and creates a false target with a probability of 60-80 percent.
The development began back in the Soviet Union, at the Research Institute “Quantum” and of course the enemy has all the working documentation from that time.
