Russia has lost at least 87 T-90M tanks. Putin said it was “the best in the world. Russia is trying to create the impression that there are many hundreds of such tanks on the battlefield.
But in reality, there are about 200 of them. These are estimates as of September 2023, but there are no more recent figures in open sources. We can assume that since then they have produced several dozen more T-90Ms.
At least 5 of these tanks are already fighting on the side of Ukraine.
